These crisps are perfect for topping salads and soups, and for snack attacks. Make a double batch, because these irresistible crisps disappear fast!
- 8 oz grated Midnight Moon®
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon sunflower seeds, ½ tsp at a time, into 1 inch diameter rounds, 2 inches apart, for a total of 10 rounds. Top seeds with 1 large tablespoon of Midnight Moon. Spread each mound to a 2 inch diameter. Sprinkle mounds with pepper. Bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
Remove from baking sheet using a thin spatula, and cool completely on cooling rack. Serve as a tasty snack or with Caesar salad.
