Summer Cheeseboard
This vibrant summer cheese board pairs smoky grilled flavors with fresh seasonal fruit for an easy, crowd-pleasing spread.
Ingredients
| 4-5 oz wedge | Humboldt Fog |
| 4 oz disk | Hatch Chile |
| 4-5 oz wedge | Midnight Moon |
| Fresh fruit: | blackberries, blueberries strawberries, watermelon, cherries, nectarines |
| Grilled bread | |
| Garnish | with nasturtium |
| Sides | Grilled shishito peppers, grilled shrimp skewers, and cold drinks! |
Instructions
- Start with arranging the cheese!
Aim for about 2 oz per person. The listed ingredients would serve about 6-7 people, but you can easily drop a cheese to make it more appropriate for 4-5.
- Add anything large or structured first: cheese, nice pile of grilled bread,, etc.
- Fill in the gaps however you like with cascading fruit, veggies, or condiments etc.
- Add your garnishes to add color and pop!
