Spring Cheeseboard
A fresh spring cheeseboard featuring Humboldt Fog, PsycheDillic, and Lamb Chopper paired with seasonal veggies, fruit, and light accompaniments.
Ingredients
- Humboldt Fog, 4-5 oz wedge
- PsycheDillic, 4 oz disk
- Lamb Chopper, 4-5 oz wedge
- Fresh veggies: Cucumbers, asparagus, and snap peas
- Lox, Cured Salmon
- Crackers (pictured: Phyllo Crisps, Apricot and Honey)
- Fresh fruit: blueberries
- Garnish with fresh dill, capers, and edible flowers
- Deviled Eggs
Instructions
Build your board:
- Start with arranging the cheese!
Aim for about 2 oz per person. The listed ingredients would serve about 6-7 people, but you can easily drop a cheese to make it more appropriate for 4-5. - Add anything large or structured first: cheese, bowl of blueberries, etc.
- Fill in the gaps however you like with cascading crackers, fruit, and veggies, etc.
- Add your garnishes to add color and pop!
