Reuben-Style Fried Wontons with Truffle Tremor®

Just when you thought Reubens couldn't get any better, we added Truffle Tremor and fried them up for the perfect hand-held appetizer.


  • 2 cups frying oil
  • ¼ lb chopped pastrami or corned beef
  • ¼ cup sauerkraut
  • 2 oz Truffle Tremor®
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Spicy mustard or Sriracha



Heat oil to 350° in a cast iron pan.

Mix pastrami, sauerkraut, and Truffle Tremor® together. Spoon ½ teaspoon onto wonton wrapper and fold over. Fry until golden brown, flipping to ensure even browning. Serve with spicy mustard or Sriracha.
